There has never been a more exciting time to join the STA. As one of the world's largest swim teaching and lifesaving organisations, the Association continues to experience unprecedented growth and development.

To support this, the STA now wishes to appoint a new Qualifications Development Administrator, who's primary technical focus will be lifesaving / lifeguarding and first aid, so an understanding of the STA's qualifications (or equivalent) is essential.

The successful candidate will also have good communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
