Qualifying Criteria

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A LUXURY FIVE STAR ENVIRONMENT AND BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK

* Excellent ESPA product and treatment knowledge to deliver in-house training.

* Recognised beauty therapy and massage qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 and 3.

* At least 2 years experience as a Head Therapist in a high profile spa environment.

* Outstanding treatment skills with strong experience of high profile and VIP clients.

* Ability to lead and motivate a large team of Therapists to deliver outstanding client care and treatment standards.

* Previous experience of overseeing a stock control process.

* Good level of written and spoken English.

* Excellent personal grooming and presentation skills.
