The Fitness Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Fitness Operation, supporting the Spa Director in driving fitness sales and revenue, operating criteria, department costs, staff relations and training. The Fitness Manager will play a key role in the Spa's vision of success ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all aspects of the fitness operation.

Qualifying Criteria

CANDIDATES MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK

* Extensive experience as a Senior Personal Fitness Trainer or Supervisor within a quality environment, working with high profile clientele.

* Recognised fitness and personal training qualification is essential. Additional qualifications are an advantage e.g. Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, Sports Massage and First Aid.

* The ability to lead and motivate a team of Fitness Trainers to deliver outstanding guest service and drive the sales of personal training and membership.

* Excellent knowledge of nutrition and wellness concepts and how to link this with fitness.

* Passion for delivering outstanding client service.

* An excellent level of written and spoken English is essential.

* Impeccable personal presentation.
