Operations Assistant

Reporting in to the Duty Manager you will be responsible for the health & safety of our members and customers using all areas of our centre. The role will also involve maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the centre and helping out in other areas of the club where necessary. The ideal candidate must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, be a confident communicator and understand the importance of being a real team player.
You will be required to work shifts and some weekends.
Successful team members will have the opportunity to progress their career through our Management Development Programme.
