Client Services Advisor part time 30 hours

Shifts to include weekends, early mornings and evenings

When clients and visitors come into the Wellbeing Centre, you'll be the first person they meet: the friendly and helpful individual who greets them, gives them the information they need, answers their questions and helps them get the best from our facilities.

Answering phone calls will be an important part of your role too, so if it isn't already obvious, strong communication skills are essential. In fact, you should be the kind of person who can quickly strike up a rapport with others.We will also be looking for proven cash-handling experience - and because the Centre can get very busy, you must be able to work well under pressureshould also be NPLQ qualified and be able to start immediately is desirable .
